My name is Bryce Tinker.  I am proud to be the Plant Manager for the Carondelet Facility and also the Vice President of Manufacturing for the US Specialty Phosphate facilities.  The Carondelet site was established on this exact location in 1876, and we proudly manufacture ingredients for the food industry.  I graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Chemical Engineering degree.  My career began as a production engineer for Cargill in Wichita, Kansas.  When I moved to Jost Chemical Company I spent time as both a supervisor and engineer.  ICL hired me in 2010 to be an engineer at Carondelet, and I have enjoyed the opportunity to manage this site and contribute to the divisional business performance.  ICL is a wonderful company for career opportunity and development.   

My name is Amel Zilic and I am the Engineering Manager at ICL-Carondelet manufacturing plant. I started my career with ICL in 2018 as an Electrical Reliability Engineer. Outside of work, our two teenage kids and a goldendoodle keep my wife and I busy. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, fishing etc. Working for ICL has been a great fit for me as it offers a very dynamic and challenging environment where everyone comes together to find solutions while promoting personal and professional growth as well as life work balance.  

My name is Fredis Jacox.  I am a Manufacturing Manager at the Carondelet Plant.  I lead a manufacturing team in the production of phosphate based salts (sodium phosphate, calcium phosphate, potassium phosphate, and sodium aluminum phosphate). I was born and raised in the great state of Tennessee.  I attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, majoring in Chemical Engineering (Go Vols!).  I later completed my degree in Business Administration at Fontbonne College while working at ICL (Monsanto). I will celebrate my 30 year anniversary with the company this December.  I have held many roles at the plant including Building 2 Utility Operator, STPP Relief Operator, Shift Coordinator, Operations Leader, Production Planner, and Manufacturing Services Manager.  One highlight of my career was spending 1 ½ years as the Production Manager at the Lawrence Plant as part of a managerial exchange program. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with family, travel, all sports especially football and basketball, and reading (Walter Mosley, James Patterson).

Hello, my name is Wojtyla Moreira and I am the Quality and Food Safety Manager at ICL-Carondelet plant located in St Louis-MO. 

I started with ICL in 2014 at ICL-Sao Jose dos Campos plant located in Brasil. I worked as process engineer for 5 years; then, moved to the Quality department. In 2022, I moved to the US into my current role. I have a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and graduate degrees in project engineering and business. Outside of work I like exercising, cooking and traveling; Learning new things and helping others are my core values.

I like to work at ICL because of the people; I have made good friends in ICL throughout the years. Also, ICL has given me great opportunities and challenges that helped me grow personally and professionally.
